I offer a free 20-minute introductory session (via Zoom) to get started.

Many couples seek support when conversations go in circles, conflicts recur, or emotional closeness is lost. Together, we explore patterns, misunderstandings, and new ways of communicating to strengthen understanding, connection, and trust.

Supervision
I support professionals, leaders, and teams in reflecting on workplace challenges and navigating change. Together, we examine communication, roles, collaboration, and professional relationships to develop fresh perspectives and effective ways of moving forward.

Communication training
Communication shapes whether ideas are understood, change is embraced, and shared goals are achieved. I design and facilitate interactive training programmes for organisations, universities, and research institutions that are tailored to participants' needs and grounded in practical experience and research.

- All sessions are strictly confidential.
- My fees are for private services. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer after the session.
- If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please inform me at least two working days in advance. Missed appointments without proper notice will be charged at 50% of the agreed rate.
